We are seeking an experienced Amazon Global Selling Account Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our EU to US, Marketplace Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of European sellers as they expand their reach on Amazon's global marketplaces.

Job Description

The Opportunity

  • You will closely consult with European brands to onboard them onto Amazon US and provide expertise on listing optimization, advertising & promotions, logistics, and other best practices.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Amazon teams to accompany Sellers' development and drive their growth from a local to an international level.
  • You will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and managing strategic third-party Sellers from Europe that want to grow their businesses to a global level.

As the main point of contact for these partners, you will manage the day-to-day relationship, ensuring they are fully competent on Amazon's selling tools and familiar with our wide range of products and services.

You will identify opportunities to increase their revenue across Amazon's global marketplaces and help them maintain our high customer experience standards.

Additionally, you will collect sellers' feedback, escalate issues, and drive cross-functional teams to prioritize and deploy timely solutions to support improved processes and Seller experience.
