Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Project Manager - Team Lead to join our team at REICHHART. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 colleagues and overseeing project planning and implementation for site openings and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement departmental initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a key contact for logistics tender management and lead changes and improvements at existing locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digitalization and standardization efforts.
