**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader Human Resources to join our HR team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our logistics sites and central departments in the HR areas of labor law, recruitment, personnel management, and personnel development.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate HR-related activities and projects
  • Develop and implement HR strategies in collaboration with the HR leadership team
  • Provide expert advice and support to our leadership team on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with our 6-person HR team to drive HR initiatives and projects
  • Design and optimize HR processes and contribute to company-wide HR projects
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages employee growth and development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our leadership team and internal stakeholders
  • Manage a defined group of employees and provide guidance and support as needed

**Requirements**

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably with leadership experience
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications or training in HR management
