Job Title: Associate Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at People Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals delivering planning and schedule management services on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals delivering planning and schedule management services on large-scale construction projects.
  • Develop and implement effective planning and scheduling systems and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on complex planning and scheduling requirements.
  • Communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored.
  • Manage the planning and scheduling delivery of medium to high complexity projects and programmes.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Primavera P6 project planner on large-scale construction projects, ideally for a tier 1 contractor or client-side consultancy.
  • A construction-related degree (civil/structural engineering, or construction/project management or equivalent).
  • Experience working on large projects and programmes.
  • Background in construction or project management and a drive to grow your career.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations in project management.
