Amazon busca a un Gerente de Cuentas de Exportación para el Mercado de Amazon en la UE para ayudar a crecer a los vendedores y a satisfacer mejor a los clientes europeos como parte del equipo de Exportación del Mercado de Amazon.

El candidato exitoso analizará y creará oportunidades para ayudar a los vendedores a tener éxito en el mercado y proporcionará conocimientos competitivos para generar leads para reclutar nuevos vendedores.

Responsabilidades del Puesto
  • Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Amazon's third-party business
  • Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions
  • Share learnings with your counterparts to drive best practices and to identify new opportunities
  • Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth
  • Work closely with Category teams to identify category specific growth opportunities
  • Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams
Requisitos Básicos
  • 6 meses a 3 años de experiencia relacionada
  • Fluidez en alemán y inglés es esencial
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal; capacidad para explicar conceptos complejos de manera sencilla
  • Capacidad para trabajar con una amplia gama de personas a todos los niveles de toma de decisiones
  • Experiencia resolviendo problemas analíticos, ya sea en experiencia profesional (análisis de datos) o educación
  • Habilidades en computadoras (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Grado en Economía, Gestión, Ingeniería o grado relacionado requerido
Requisitos Preferidos
  • Experiencia en ventas, desarrollo de negocios, consultoría de gestión o gestión de productos
  • Experiencia en comercio electrónico o retail
  • Conocimientos de Lenguaje de Consulta de Estructura de Base de Datos (SQL) son un plus
