Senior Information Security Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Lead to join our team at LYNX Berlin. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our information security efforts to protect our systems and networks from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
- Manage IT security projects company-wide, guiding junior team members and coordinating with stakeholders from other teams.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement security incident response plans and conduct incident investigations to determine the root cause of incidents and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential security threats and incidents, and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including DNB IT Security Good Practice Guide, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security analysts and other IT staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to proactively identify potential vulnerabilities and improve our security posture.
- Design and implement security controls to protect our IT infrastructure and systems.
- Manage and maintain our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in information security analysis, with a focus on IAM and project management.
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners.
- Knowledge in the maintenance of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the creation of policies and guidelines.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking, operating systems, and web application architecture.
- Experience with incident response and investigation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Certifications such as ITIL, Scrum, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
- Familiarity with security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO, and CIS.
- Experience managing security projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
