Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Recruitment Base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of technicians in delivering high-quality IT infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and further development of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular project status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution to ensure projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as network, server, and backup technologies, as well as experience with Microsoft or Linux environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex IT infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
