Application Management Specialist (m/f/d) Full-time or Part-time

At our product and competence center in Geretsried, you will be responsible for local IT applications and the interface to corporate structures. As the local contact for managers and employees on all questions regarding our local systems, you will be at the heart of it and will further develop the systems together with our external and internal service providers.

Your Role:

You manage internal IT applications, particularly the local ERP system, and databases.

You create and further develop reports and analyses in close cooperation with the departments.

You support users in their daily IT matters.

You handle and resolve incidents assigned to local IT support and assist external colleagues in problem-solving.

You participate in cross-location IT projects within the corporation.

You advise users on their IT requirements and best practices.

You collaborate with colleagues at other locations to support our specialist team with servers, networks, O, etc., throughout the company.

To succeed, you will need (We know that no one meets all the requirements. That’s not a problem as long as you want to learn):

You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), a degree related to IT, or comparable knowledge.

You have initial experience in handling and programming SQL databases.

Experience in managing ERP systems is desirable.

You work in a structured, conscientious, analytical, and service-oriented manner.

You have good command of both German and English, spoken and written.
