The Application Management Specialist will be responsible for managing internal IT applications, particularly the local ERP system and databases. This role involves creating and further developing reports and analyses in close cooperation with departments.

The ideal candidate will support users in their daily IT matters, handle and resolve incidents assigned to local IT support, and assist external colleagues in problem-solving. Additionally, this role requires participating in cross-location IT projects within the corporation and advising users on their IT requirements and best practices.

The Application Management Specialist will collaborate with colleagues at other locations to support our specialist team with servers, networks, etc., throughout the company.

• You have completed training as an IT specialist or a degree related to IT.
• Initial experience in handling and programming SQL databases is required.
• Experience in managing ERP systems is desirable.
• You work in a structured, conscientious, analytical, and service-oriented manner.
• You have good command of both German and English, spoken and written.
