Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Software Development Manager für unsere Entwicklungsabteilung in Bielefeld. Unser Unternehmen, PALTRON GmbH, ist ein dynamischer und innovativer Partner in der Lebensmittelbranche und im Bereich Elektromobilität.
Als Software Development Manager wirst du die technische Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich der Webshop-Entwicklung übernehmen. Du wirst sicherstellen, dass die Projekte in hoher Qualität abgeschlossen werden und die Architektur unserer Webshops entwickelst und optimierst.
Aufgaben- Projektmanagement: Du wirst die technische Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten übernehmen und sicherstellen, dass die Projekte in hoher Qualität abgeschlossen werden.
- Architektur und Design: Du wirst die Architektur unserer Webshops entwickeln und optimieren, die Skalierbarkeit und Performance sicherstellen und die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards gewährleisten.
- Teamführung und Mentoring: Du wirst ein Team von Entwicklern fachlich führen, ihre berufliche Weiterentwicklung fördern und sie bei der Lösung komplexer technischer Herausforderungen unterstützen.
- Innovationsmanagement: Du wirst neue Technologien und Trends identifizieren und implementieren, die die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Webshops erhöhen. Deine Ideen werden direkt in die strategische Ausrichtung unserer Plattformen einfließen.
- Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung: Du wirst kontinuierlich Qualitätsstandards und Entwicklungsprozesse etablieren und verbessern, um die Effizienz zu steigern und gleichzeitig eine hohe Produktqualität zu gewährleisten.
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Du wirst aktiv zur langfristigen Weiterentwicklung der Webshop-Strategie beitragen und die Geschäftsführung bei strategischen Entscheidungen unterstützen.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und bringst Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement mit. Du hast im besten Fall schon Teams geleitet und Projekte erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bist in der Lage, auf Augenhöhe mit der Geschäftsführung zu kommunizieren und strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Du hast ein agiles Mindset und kannst Dich schnell an veränderte Anforderungen anpassen, auch wenn Projekte kurzfristig geändert werden.
- Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau.
