Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at DG timework GmbH. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Explain the use of hardware and software to customers, ensuring they understand how to operate and troubleshoot their equipment.
  • Remote Services: Ensure the remote services for troubleshooting and resolving issues with our customers' systems are functioning properly.
  • System Configuration: Activate and configure our customers' systems remotely, ensuring they are up and running smoothly.
  • Collaboration with Service Technicians: Work closely with our service technicians to resolve customer issues and provide support as needed.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues resolved and actions taken.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications or electronics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in network topology, IP-based data networks, and data transmission methods and devices.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
