Non-Destructive Testing Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled NDT Inspector to join our team at FL Technics Wheels & Brakes GmbH. in Hannover, Germany.
About the RoleAs an NDT Inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostic and inspection work on aircraft wheels and brakes. This will involve visual and dimensional inspection of components and assemblies, as well as the application of non-destructive material testing methods such as ultrasonic, eddy current, magnetic particle inspection, and penetrant inspection.
You will also be responsible for identifying and initiating additional examinations, determining and initiating necessary repairs on components, and evaluating and documenting test results under consideration of valid instructions, guidelines, regulations, and manufacturer and customer documentation.
Requirements- Technical apprenticeship and several years of experience as an NDT technician.
- Experience with Eddy current (current level II) (DIN EN 4179)
- Preferable experience as an Inspector in the procedures magnetic particle, ultrasonic, and penetrant testing Level II (DIN EN 4179)
- Preferable experience of metalworking work, e.g. automotive mechatronics technician
- Basic knowledge of English
- Willingness to do shift work
