CSA Leader Job Description

Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled CSA Leader to join our team in Neuss, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Customer & Shopper Activation Pharmacy
  • Translate brand strategy into POS activation strategies, ensuring national and customer-specific execution
  • Own excellent execution at POS, tracking activities, and building future activations on insights and test & learn
  • Shape the WoW Pharmacy in collaboration with Sales & Marketing Director, setting clear priorities and delivering cross-functionally
  • Develop sales detailing cycles, providing best-in-class sell-in material and hosting sales meetings
  • Partner with Professional Marketing and Category Management in the new G2M model
  • Collaborate with Sales on key customers, shaping customer workshops to increase joint business activities
  • Work closely with Squad, Sales, and ComEx on defining the picture of success at POS to support physical and mental availability
  • Lead and develop team employees

Requirements:

  • University studies in economics or business administration
  • Min. 7 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing in the FMCG industry
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach and willingness to innovate
  • Proven successful cooperation with customers, strong stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • High level of initiative and an agile mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and drive business results
