Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CSA Leader to join our team at Kenvue. As a strategic activation professional, you will be responsible for translating the brand strategy into a POS activation strategy, ensuring excellent execution at POS and tracking of POS activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a POS activation strategy that aligns with the brand strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Director to shape the WoW Pharmacy and set clear priorities
  • Provide best-in-class sell-in material and host sales meetings
  • Partner with Professional Marketing and Category Management to drive business growth
  • Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • University studies in economics or business administration
  • At least 7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing in the FMCG industry
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to innovate
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
