Job Opportunity in Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at TriTec Pro, a brand of TriTec HR GmbH. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the technical plastics processing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
