Job Opportunity in Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at TriTec Pro, a brand of TriTec HR GmbH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the field of plastics and manufactured parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the sales game
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the plastics and manufactured parts industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
