Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at TriTec Pro, a leading provider of HR services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, with a focus on the Kunststofftechnik industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on the Kunststofftechnik industry
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
- Proficiency in ERP systems and other sales-related software
- Fluency in German, with English language skills a plus
