Risk Sharing Partner OSW-Fuselage Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Sharing Partner to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing performance and operations of assigned on-site partners and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively manage performance and operations of assigned on-site partners and suppliers
- Enable on-site support, including creating approval documents, providing safety instructions, and sharing information on changing workflows that affect partners
- Work closely with partners on the shop floor to receive instant feedback and improve performance and processes through established methods, such as regular Gemba Walks, Audits, and Go & See
- Continuously track and analyze defined KPIs and metrics
- Act as the voice of the partner and represent them in internal escalation and performance review meetings
- Support in preparing weekly and monthly performance reviews
- Run regular performance dialogues with partners on different time frames, set performance objectives, and update them as necessary
- Provide training and coaching to partners on best practices to sustainably increase their performance
- Improve workflows of on-site support and act as an interface to the final assembly line
- Support internal risk sharing partner projects and strategy
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented work with good analytical skills
- Highly tuned communication, presentation, and influencing skills towards all management levels - internally and externally
- Ability to summarize complex industrial situations in a clear and concise manner
- Project leadership with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Process improvement with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Engineering degree (minimum Bachelor's degree)
- German (minimum conversational level)

- Risk management (minimum basic knowledge)
