Knowledge Management Developer

Leidos is seeking a talented Knowledge Management Software Developer to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany.

This exciting opportunity supports the ELITE program within the European theater, enabling AFRICOM's mission objectives through innovative and agile software development.

As a Knowledge Management Engineer, you will play a vital role in:

  • Developing business process improvements using modern UI/UX principles.
  • Designing, building, testing, and deploying client-side and server-side applications within a collaborative development environment.
  • Collaborating with end-users to gather requirements, propose solutions, and execute ad-hoc requests.
  • Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, presenting technical concepts and project updates clearly and concisely.
  • Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that demands teamwork and coordination.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues.

Your expertise will be instrumental in:

  • Developing SharePoint 2019 & Power Platform solutions to enhance AFRICOM's knowledge management capabilities.
  • Leveraging modern client-side technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Bootstrap to create user-friendly applications.
  • Utilizing object models like JSON, CSOM, and REST to integrate with various systems.

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience OR an Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience, or equivalent specialized experience.
  • Current Microsoft certification – PL-900.
  • Current CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React, SharePoint API, REST, CSOM, and modern client-side development practices.
  • Experience with SharePoint & DoD365 PowerPlatform.
  • A demonstrated understanding of software development using Agile methodology.
  • An active Secret security clearance.
