Knowledge Management Software Developer-PowerPlatform

Leidos is seeking a skilled Knowledge Management Software Developer to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing business process improvements and creating client-side and server-side applications using agile methodology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily KM Engineering support to develop business process improvements.
  • Supporting and creating client-side and server-side applications in a development environment, testing and validating code for accuracy in pre-production, and ensuring interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results within the production environment.
  • Working with end-users to gather requirements, propose solutions, and execute ad-hoc requests.
  • Communicating clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and presenting products and ideas in a business-like manner.
  • Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts.
  • Demonstrating experience in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
  • Presenting SharePoint 2019 & Power Platform application development solutions and knowledge to enhance the command's result-making processes.
  • Using modern client-side technologies to develop using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) such as JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Bootstrap, React, TypeScript, Svelte, etc.
  • Having knowledge of common object models to include JSON, CSOM, and REST.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to co-workers.
  • Providing remote support and/or travel to customer sites as needed.

Requirements include:

  • BA/BS + 5 years or AA/AS + 7 years, or a major cert + 9 years or 13 years of recent specialized experience.
  • Current Microsoft certification – PL-900.
  • Current CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater).
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React, SharePoint API, REST, CSOM, and modern client-side development processes.
  • Experience with SharePoint & DoD365 PowerPlatform.
  • Demonstrated understanding of software development using Agile methodology.
  • Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • ITIL v3 – Foundation.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Knockout, and the Visual Studio Code IDE.
  • MS PL-900 or equivalent Certification.
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs.
  • Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards.
  • Experience with DoD IT security requirements.
  • Experience in a Microsoft DevOps environment, Git source control, and working in an agile software development team.
  • Working comprehension of MS Dataverse or MS Dynamics CRM.
