Senior HR Total Rewards Consultant

The Senior HR Total Rewards Consultant plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end Total Rewards processes, practices, policies, and procedures that drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Assists in the delivery and adoption of complex Total Rewards solutions in line with strategic objectives, financial budgets, legislative, and business requirements.
- Prepares the Annual Compensation Review and provides support for the Annual Variable Pay Program.
- Keeps track of employee benefits globally and develops benefit communications.
- Assesses best practices and creates Total Rewards solutions based on business requirements.
- Consults regional People Business Partners for TR case-by-case decisions.
- Supports TR and compensation-related questions with a focus on best user experience and performance culture.
- Creates reports and monitors TR key figures.
- Contributes to the annual compensation planning cycle with pre- and post-ACR-analysis.
- Works on continuous optimization and automatization of processes as well as TR reporting.
- Responsible for keeping changes of the Global Job Architecture and its salary ranges up-to-date.
- Ensures the TR information on SharePoints for multiple stakeholders supports the Emarsys TR Strategy.
- Supports Global People Operations with reporting and administrative tasks.
- University degree in business administration (ideally with specialization in HRM) and 3-4 years of equivalent experience in an international company in HR and/or TR function.
- Experience with Rewards Integration and Stakeholder Management.
- Great at working with numbers and highly responsible personality.
- Analytical and precise working style.
- Good understanding for system interrelationships as well as high service orientation and solid organizational skills.
- Knowledge and interest in software operation and HR controlling.
- Experience with different HR or Finance Tools such as Success Factors or QlikView serves as an advantage.
- Excellent MS-Office knowledge esp. MS Excel.
- Excellent English-language skills.
