About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of freight documents and accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and process incoming freight documents and invoices
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of freight accounts and transactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare and process freight invoices and payments
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of freight accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • Relevant education and experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
