About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team at syncreon America Inc. in Unterschleißheim near Munich.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize our tour network to ensure efficient transportation of goods
  • Plan and manage resources, including drivers and vehicles, to meet customer demands
  • Process and manage general commercial activities, including coordination with contractors and accounting
  • Read and analyze driver and vehicle data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Commercial training in forwarding and logistics services, wholesale, and foreign trade, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in dispatching, preferably in local traffic and special transport logistics
  • Ability to work in a two-shift system and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications and strong communication skills
