About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage transportation operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
  • Plan and optimize routes to minimize costs and maximize productivity
  • Manage driver resources and coordinate with contractors to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Process and manage commercial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle fleet to ensure optimal performance and safety

Requirements

  • Commercial training in forwarding and logistics services, wholesale, and foreign trade or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in dispatching, preferably in local traffic and special transport logistics
  • Ability to work in a two-shift system and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications and able to maintain accurate records
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations
