Are you passionate about development and eager to drive change? We're looking for a talented individual to join our Group Talent Team as a Junior HR Project Manager. In this role, you'll support the roll-out of key talent programs, drive exciting projects on leadership and culture, and contribute to shaping PHOENIX Group's overall culture, learning, and talent agenda.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Support the end-to-end roll-out of talent programs for senior executives and mid-management, from concept to offboarding.
- Actively source venues for events and leadership programs.
- Support the creation of program and communication materials, acting as an interface in German and English.
- Project manage the roll-out of our new leadership framework, liaising with business and other departments, organizing and managing events and workshops.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and anchoring of our upcoming Leadership Academy.
- Take on project management responsibilities within the Group Talent team, co-creating solutions with internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in people development and/or talent management, with some project management experience.
- Curiosity and openness to learning and new approaches.
- Excellent organizational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to drive efficiency and process optimization within the team.
- Previous experience in project management a plus.
- Exceptional customer service mindset and consistency of high-quality work.
- A can-do attitude and a pragmatic problem solver.
- Full proficiency in both German and English languages, with a minimum C1/C2 level in both languages.
