HRIS Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals who can help our customers overcome Human Capital Management (HCM) technology challenges and drive high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to facilitate collaboration and provide effective solutions to complex problems.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and needs
  • Share their expertise in industry practices and trends
  • Adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Develop and implement system configuration solutions
  • Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects
  • Help customers become more self-sufficient and proficient in using Workday applications
  • Partner with Engagement Managers to deliver services such as Feature Adoption Workshops, Functional Reviews, Health Checks, and Expert Assist

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HCM software and consulting, with a focus on medium to large enterprise HRIS projects
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Core HCM, HCM Security, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence or Time Tracking

Other Qualifications

  • Language skills: English and one of the following languages preferred: German, French, Italian or Spanish. Other European languages will be considered.
  • Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR-related systems and processes
  • Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products
  • Experience with influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally
  • Capable of leading and influencing design meetings
  • Ability to deliver results while managing to a project plan
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with global implementations is preferred
  • The ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
