Data Analyst: R&D Execution Governance

Our products are integral to daily life, from smartphones to coffee machines. We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Data Analyst: R&D Execution Governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Quality Improvement: Identify and address data inconsistencies in our R&D planning tool using Tableau dashboards, collaborate with data owners, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Reliable Data Support: Provide dashboards and quality checks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain resource pools and support data updates in the planning tool.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in creating reports and ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Study Field: Currently studying economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of Tableau and Confluence a plus.
  • Experience: Ideal candidate has experience in creating reports, handling data from various sources, and formats.
  • Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to learn new concepts quickly, with excellent communication skills.
  • Work Style: Analytical mindset, well-structured work approach, self-driven, and motivated to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with German a plus.

  • Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)

Important Information
  • Part-time Work: Focus on studies, with a maximum of 20 hours per week during the lecture period.
  • Proper Students: Must be enrolled, with examination results or modules not completed, allowing for at least 6 months of work in the team.
  • On-site Work: Must be able to come to the site regularly.
