Job Title: Finance Manager

Our client, an international industry leader, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team in Luxembourg. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and ensuring the company's financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting function for two companies in Luxembourg and one in the US, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee customer, supplier, and general accounting, including LuxGaap compliance.
  • Prepare monthly closing reports, payments, and submit periodic tax returns, including VAT and Intrastat.
  • Lead monthly consolidation efforts with two group companies in Germany and the US, transitioning to IFRS next year.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Luxembourg or the US.
  • Strong background in accounting, with a deep understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Natural leadership abilities, with a proven track record of management and decision-making.
