About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our portfolio company as a Founder Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and development, while supporting the company's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and explore potential partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities for the company. You will initiate and take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry. Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
  • Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including project management, team coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Team Building: Play a role in building and nurturing a high-performing team by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different teams (Operations, Procurement) ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. Be a sparring partner for the Leadership team for strategic and operational decisions and projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: First experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, hands-on mentality, and ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors.
