We are a dynamic and international team, with offices in Berlin, Mumbai, and Hong Kong, led by serial entrepreneurs and seasoned executives. Our platform provides a seamless connection between suppliers and buyers, eliminating middlemen and leveraging tech-first and AI capabilities.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Founder Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and exploring potential partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities for the company. You will initiate and take full ownership of strategic and operational projects, driving them forward proactively.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry. Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including project management, team coordination, and resource allocation.
- Team Building: Play a role in building and nurturing a high-performing team by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
- You possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- You bring first-hand experience in a highly competitive environment, such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup.
- You are interested in and passionate about growth startups and changing traditional industries with an international team.
- You have strong analytical and communication skills.
- You possess a hands-on mentality, with a focus on implementation and results.
- You demonstrate the ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, and take the initiative to get involved.
- You are fluent in German and English.
