We are looking for a motivated Associate to the Founder who will play a key role in shaping our annual conference programming. This position involves collaboration with thought leaders and experts, utilizing your skills in project management and entrepreneurship to create engaging experiences. We value a team-oriented individual who is passionate about innovation and has a track record of successfully managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

As an Associate to the Founder, you will:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with partners across industry, academia, and government;
  • Assist our team in planning, executing, and monitoring various operational tasks to ensure the success of our initiatives;
  • Contribute to the agenda-setting process, bringing fresh ideas to highlight the most relevant AI topics;
  • Ensure that all project materials and communications are current and effectively shared with stakeholders.
