Job Overview

The EMEA TECH DWH Offering Lead will be responsible for defining and supervising DWH initiatives related to IQVIA technologies delivered for EMEA clients. This role will support sales teams for business development activities and project teams for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define offering related to IQVIA DWH technologies
  • Contribute to RFP responses and business development activities, shaping overall solutions and estimating effort, cost, and timeline
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Support project managers for changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Align with IQVIA Product team for understanding new elements included in the offering and influencing product enhancements and roadmap
  • Supervise EMEA DWH initiatives, connecting with IQVIA project managers and monitoring progress
  • Support delivery as SME, engaging directly with clients
  • Recommend improvements and contribute to defining actions for enhancing internal processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline
  • > 8 years of related experience in consulting or playing as product owner/project manager for DWH initiatives, ideally in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry
  • Solid project management and relationship building skills
  • Subject matter expertise to effectively manage DWH projects
  • Excellent knowledge of processes and challenges typical for DWH initiatives
  • Deep understanding of DWH Architectures
  • Good knowledge of DWH Tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
