About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Utimaco. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and executives in all personnel-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees and executives on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Craft and negotiate employment agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant departments and employee representation, fostering a collaborative and constructive work environment.
  • Implement and coordinate HR initiatives at the local level, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to HR processes and standards, while contributing to selected HR projects.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Law, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Have relevant HR Generalist experience, preferably in an industrial company.
  • Proficient in negotiating and drafting company regulations with employee representation.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, and works constitution law, including Bavarian Metal and Electrical Collective Agreement.
  • Strong service orientation, commitment, and enjoyment in working with people.
  • Confident demeanor, pronounced advisory skills, openness to change, effective communication, and teamwork.
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English for international collaboration.
