Overview

Our HR Business Partner team is the first point of contact for executives in all personnel economic matters and the corresponding contact for local works councils. As such, the HR Business Partner team serves as the interface between executives and the bodies of participation. Our LIONs network is looking forward to accompanying and supporting you as a Master student (m/w/d) in the team during the 2 years.

Your Tasks

  • You will be able to apply your learned knowledge immediately and gain valuable practical experience in the HR Business Partner department.
  • You will work on strategic HR projects and actively contribute to their development through your expertise.
  • You will support executives in personnel economic and labor law matters as an HR generalist.
  • You will take on organizational and administrative tasks independently, where you can proactively bring in your own ideas and proposals.
  • We work together on goals and challenges in the team, also virtually.

Your Profile

  • You have your Bachelor's degree (almost) successfully in your pocket and are striving for your Master's degree in Business Administration, Social/Economic Sciences, Law, (Economic) Psychology, etc. (a Master's study place at the start date is a prerequisite)
  • You have ideally already gained some practical experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • You are enthusiastic about the combination of personnel economic and labor law matters and have a binding and clear communication style. In addition, you have good English skills in word and writing.
  • You are digitally on the go and want to use your knowledge to bring forward the really decisive topics with us.
  • You can work independently and support your colleagues as a team player, have a fixed understanding, enjoy success, and adapt quickly to new situations and people.
