Job Title: Enterprise Risk Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Risk Management professional to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our ERM team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various directorates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct bi-annual risk reviews for assigned directorates to ensure compliance with ERM processes and provide an independent view of the risk/opportunity situation.
  • Monitor ERM activities, update the company risk register, and follow up on the implementation of risk mitigation plans to reduce/close risks.
  • Conduct tests of internal control points and provide support for self-assessment in all processes contributing to accounting and financial information to assess conformance and confirm reliability.
  • Document findings and issue recommendations for improvements and monitor their implementation.
  • Provide guidance to affiliates on ERM and IC topics, ensure regular reporting through quarterly progress meetings, and monitor bi-annual risk registers and results of IC campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of assertiveness.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • French is a plus.
  • Occasional trips may be required.
Professional Qualifications:
  • Comparable qualification (Bachelor's degree or higher).
  • Industrial engineer (Bachelor's degree or higher).
  • Completed finance degree (at least 2 years).
Professional Experience:
  • Controlling experience (at least 4 years).
  • Finance experience (at least 4 years).
  • Risk management experience (at least 2 years).
  • Documentation experience (at least 2 years).
IT Skills:
  • MS Office (detailed functions).
  • SAP (detailed functions).
Language Skills:
  • German (business fluent).
  • English (business fluent).
  • French (plus).
