Job Title: Enterprise Risk Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Risk Management professional to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our ERM and Internal Control team, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct bi-annual risk reviews for assigned directorates to ensure transparency and accuracy of risk assessments.
  • Monitor ERM activities, update the company risk register, and implement risk mitigation plans to reduce or close risks.
  • Test internal control points and provide support for self-assessment in all processes contributing to accounting and financial information.
  • Document findings and issue recommendations for improvements, ensuring their implementation.
  • Provide guidance to affiliates on ERM and IC topics, ensuring regular reporting and monitoring of risk registers and IC campaign results.
Requirements:
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of assertiveness.
  • Fluency in German and English, with French as a plus.
  • Occasional trips may be required.
Qualifications:
  • Comparable qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree or Industrial engineer degree.
  • Completed finance degree with at least 2 years of experience.
Experience:
  • Controlling experience of at least 4 years.
  • Finance experience of at least 4 years.
  • Risk management experience of at least 2 years.
IT Skills:
  • MS Office with detailed knowledge.
  • SAP with detailed knowledge.
Language Skills:
  • Business fluent in German.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • French as a plus.
