A&M Financial Services Industry (FSI) is a leading provider of performance improvement, restructuring, and regulatory and compliance advisory services. Our team of experts works with financial institutions to navigate the complexities of regulatory changes and identify opportunities for growth and value creation.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory and Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our R&C team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving delivery of R&C advisory projects within FSI. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on compliance strategy and implementing new regulations
  • Transforming systems, processes, and policies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Helping clients remediate regulatory findings and manage regulatory inquiries
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated history of advancing within the advisory environment, preferably with a focus on banks or insurance companies
  • Proven experience in dealing with compliance-relevant legislation, Anti-Money-Laundering, Compliance Management Systems (CMS), Capital Market Compliance, Economic Sanctions, Fraud, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of recent or pending regulatory initiatives, e.g. RRD, CRR / CRD IV, MiFIR / MiFID II, EMIR, MAR / MAD II, Solvency II, IMD II, AMLD IV
