About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Private Wealth Management team at DZ PRIVATBANK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Private Wealth Management team, including organization and coordination of tasks and projects.
  • Process and manage client accounts, including account openings, transactions, and reporting.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including data collection and verification.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
