Working Student Knowledge Specialist

Are you passionate about knowledge management and research? Do you want to contribute to the success of our Knowledge Center? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Knowledge to support our team in Munich.As a Working Student Knowledge, you will play a key role in consolidating and making available the knowledge gained from our consulting projects. You will work closely with our project teams to provide internal support through market and competition analyses, benchmarking studies, and trend analyses. Your tasks will include helping to develop our internal knowledge platform, SharePoint, and providing specialist, process, methodological, and empirical knowledge. You will also be an active part of our digitalization efforts, contributing your own ideas and supporting our consulting and competence fields in the implementation of their knowledge topics. Your goal will be to ensure that our employees can easily acquire knowledge, find knowledge easily, and comprehensively.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, knowledge & information management, or market research. You should also have completed one or two relevant internships, preferably in the field of knowledge management, (market) research, or in the professional services environment. You should be a research and analysis talent, fluent in German and English, and have a flair for numbers. Additionally, you should have a structured way of thinking and working, with a strong analytical mindset.
