Automotive Service Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Assistant (m/w/d). As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and collect vehicles from customers, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Conduct vehicle handovers and explain features to customers
  • Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance tasks
  • Assist with vehicle repairs and maintenance as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Good understanding of vehicle mechanics and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
