Job Summary
We are seeking a highly responsible and empathetic Personal Assistant to provide care and support to an individual with physical disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks and activities, such as grocery shopping, household chores, and meal preparation
- Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments and social events
- Manage schedules and appointments, and ensure timely arrival at destinations
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
