About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our learning and development initiatives, driving strategic direction and enhancing the employee experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for improving and strategizing on our learning platforms, overseeing group-wide L&D initiatives, and collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee learning experience, from onboarding to ongoing training and development.
  • Lead the assessment, selection, implementation, and optimization of learning platforms and technologies to support employee development initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and departmental leaders to design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with organizational goals and culture.
  • Evaluate and recommend training formats and platforms, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and social learning platforms.
  • Utilize data analytics and feedback mechanisms to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Oversee and coordinate group-wide L&D initiatives, such as Employee Opinion Surveys, 360° Feedback programs, and other talent development initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Platform Strategy & Employee Experience team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand learning needs, align priorities, and ensure buy-in for L&D initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on platform strategy, employee experience, and group-wide initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of learning technologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theories.
  • Experience managing learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other learning technology tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
