Platform Strategy and Employee Experience Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our learning and development initiatives, focusing on platform strategy and employee experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our learning and development programs, enhancing the employee experience, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement platform strategies to support employee development initiatives, collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration and user-friendly experiences.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with organizational goals and culture.
  • Evaluate and recommend training formats and platforms, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and social learning platforms.
  • Utilize data analytics and feedback mechanisms to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives, analyzing trends and making data-driven recommendations to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Oversee and coordinate group-wide L&D initiatives, such as Employee Opinion Surveys, 360° Feedback programs, and other talent development initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Platform Strategy & Employee Experience team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on platform strategy, employee experience, and group-wide initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of learning technologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theories.
  • Experience managing learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other learning technology tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
