Your role and responsibilities:

In this leadership position, you will be integrated into our client's team, utilizing their systems to achieve optimal hiring results across various programs or sectors of their organization. Our clientele includes prominent corporations and organizations, and you will be responsible for overseeing a team of recruiters, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, and maximizing contract performance while adhering to service level agreements. You will collaborate with clients to implement their workforce strategies, leveraging all available candidate engagement and sourcing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job advertisement to onboarding.
  • Lead the team in executing recruitment processes and providing support (e.g., scheduling, compliance, governance).
  • Train, mentor, and oversee Junior Recruiters and Talent Sourcing Partners on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with client hiring managers and departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the client's HR team to build and sustain effective relationships.
  • Generate and manage candidate applications, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing tools to maximize applications and efficiently screen candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with data entry on the database and maintain accurate candidate information for market intelligence reporting.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, processes, and policies.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What we seek:

  • Experience in leading or coordinating a recruitment team.
  • Proven track record in agency or onsite recruitment.
  • Expertise in head office, STEM, or generalist recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment ATS/VMS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and networking opportunities in relevant markets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
  • Reliable and well-organized.
