About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Expert to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our global security team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for SAP Cloud powered by HANA Customer Landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless alignment across multiple SAP internal and external stakeholders
  • Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts, and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes
  • Accountable for entire SAP engagement and perform sustainable relationship management with a client and act as an escalation point for delivery-related topics
  • Deliver high quality service and ensure stable operations

What You Bring

  • Experience in documentation and training
  • Experience in data analyzing, reporting using MS Excel and SAP systems
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to work effectively with virtual teams
  • Demonstrated continuous learning
  • Fluency both written and spoken in English
  • German language skills preferred
