About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Expert to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Business Transformation Services (BTS) team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in their digital transformation journey to become an Intelligent Sustainable Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large SAP-based transformation projects as program or project manager
  • Develop and realize business and IT strategies within various industries
  • Jointly define roadmaps and architectures for the future IT landscape based on the latest SAP product and innovation portfolio
  • Work closely together with SAP product development to provide input for future SAP products
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in SAP consulting, product management, or business development
  • Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • Broad knowledge of SAP's strategy, the latest product portfolio (SAP S/4HANA, cloud, and related solutions) and their impact on business strategies
  • Understanding of IT trends in combination with SAP's latest developments (e.g., SAP's vision of an intelligent and sustainable enterprise, SAP's cloud solutions, and their impact on business strategies)
  • Proven international program and/or project management experience of large SAP transformations
  • Familiarity with SAP's solution portfolio
  • Experience in C-suite leaders' communication
  • Excellent English and German language skills at Certificate Level C
