About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team at tesa, a leading manufacturer of adhesive tape solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing international marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our innovative adhesive solutions to global markets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and supply chain, to drive product innovation and growth
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, event planning, and trade show participation
  • Monitor and analyze market performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the packaging industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
