Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Working Student to assist in our Marketing and Communications department. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying new business prospects and formulating sales strategies for collaborative projects.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses with a focus on emerging markets.
  • Participate in and prepare for both internal and external project meetings, including those with distribution partners and suppliers.
  • Support the evaluation of market research data, product trends, and consumer demands in new sectors.
  • Contribute to the development of project presentations for top management.
  • Manage the organization, unpacking, and distribution of sample kits from our facilities and suppliers for customer reviews.
  • Take charge of sub-projects, collaborating closely with various internal departments such as purchasing, production, R&D, controlling, and sales, as well as our suppliers and partners.

Candidate Profile

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Management or Business Administration.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and embrace new challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Interest in project management, with some initial experience preferred.
  • Highly motivated, capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative international team setting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of MS Project is advantageous.
  • Fluent in both German and English, comfortable supporting international meetings.
