Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create tailored sales plans for your territory to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Proactive Sales and Relationship Building: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct impactful product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of our technology solutions.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide outstanding customer service by quickly addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Market Analysis and Sales Trends: Analyze market data and sales trends to identify areas for growth and optimize sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report on sales activities and results to the management team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Professional Development: Participate in professional development and industry events to stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and industry trends.

Your Profile:

  • Language and Citizenship: Native German speaker with C1 level English proficiency, and EU citizenship.
  • Sales Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience, particularly in technology sales, with a proven ability to manage multiple, complex sales cycles.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Crm Experience: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
