As an Operations Unit Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the on-boarding unit, which includes:
- Ensuring the quality of services provided by Newrest to our clients and fulfilling our commitments.
- Optimizing financial performance and achieving set targets.
- Executing the Group's strategy to drive sales growth aligned with our objectives.
- Managing the continuous improvement processes within the unit.
- Identifying and minimizing non-value-added activities, conducting audits, addressing issues, and implementing corrective measures.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders, including authorities and service providers.
- Ensuring smooth operations regarding production, organization, and financial forecasting.
- Optimizing personnel management and maintaining productivity metrics in accordance with Group standards.
- Fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with agreements and regulations.
- Upholding the company's image through the condition of equipment and facilities.
- Adhering to Group procedures and standards across various domains (sales, operations, finance, purchasing, QHSE).
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an operational leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in the in-flight catering sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational management, cost control, QHSE, and basic HR functions.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Charismatic leadership abilities for managing local teams.
- A hands-on approach to management.
- Proficiency in English and sufficient knowledge of German.
- Excellent IT skills.
